Dead space

I've seen many videos of this game and it looks rather scary. The plot involves you controlling a human named Isaac Clarke, who is sent on a mission with four comrades to investigate a distress signal from a space ship known as the USG Ishimura. When Isaac and his comrades arrive after they are forced to crash land their ship on the Ishimura, they eventually discover that almost everyone on the ship is dead and that the ship is overrun with Necromorphs, an alien species that uses dead humans as hosts. Anyone here have this game? If so, what are your thoughts on it.
