So I got an email from my internet service provider and they are saying my computer is sending out mass amounts of spam. Can you suggest a good spyware removal program.
Actually, can you suggest all the "free" tools I should get to keep my computer safe from everything.
Right now I only have AVG virus protection.

spybot is by far the best. it finds everything. even avg misses a lot. if i scan after avg it finds about 10 or more remaining bots

I didn't want to make another topic for this so I put it here.

Does anyone have a clue why my computer can run games like Carnivores, Diablo 2, Starcraft etc...Near perfectly but when I run a gameboy advance emulator (Visualboyadvance) it runs at 60% speed.
Even gameboy color games run slow, though only in fullscreen. If I shrink the screen GBC games run at 100%
But I have no luck with GBA games. It always is around 60-80% speed. Anyone got an idea of what is wrong? My computer should be able to run a GBA emulator.
